Return Process

  Log into your JK account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals are intact, and include your printed RMA form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
